Termination
Notwithstanding any of these terms and conditions, Lunarnet reserves the right, without notice and at its sole discretion, to terminate your usage of Lunarnet and to block or prevent future access to, and use of Lunarnet.
If any provision of these Site Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Data Protection Act
Lunarnet's Services are hosted in the United Kingdom and thus are compliant with the terms and conditions of the United Kingdom Data Protection Act.
